Hello!

I’ve been a leader, advisor, and coach for more than 25 years, supporting people with both personal and leadership development. I’m currently based in Vancouver, BC with my husband who is also an entrepreneur.

My career spans many industries and has given me leadership experience in both the operations and human resources side of business. I’ve transitioned many times looking for the best role to have a positive impact on people. In the end, I started my own business and found my sweet spot for positive impact.

When I’m not working with clients or building content you’ll find me on the tennis court trying to improve my singles game and getting ready for summer tournaments.

What I do in a nutshell:

I help leaders and entrepreneurs reconnect with their purpose, align their mindset and behaviours to activate their potential and create the results they want in their lives and in their business. Pretty cool, right?!

I grew up in a small town in BC with my horse where I was into acting and theatre. I moved to Vancouver after graduation, where I began working in the casino industry as a receptionist. Fast forward nineteen years, when I left the industry as Director of Operations for one of the largest companies on the west coast, which I refer to as my real-life MBA.

I then started my first business as a consultant and opened a yoga and teaching studio simultaneously. My consulting also included facilitating mastermind groups for women and entrepreneurs, as well as one-on-one coaching. This was followed by an intense ten-year period of seeking to learn how to overcome and heal past trauma and to better leverage my potential emotionally, physically and mentally. I explored deeply, learned many healing and self-discipline forms, and worked intensely with mindset. Ultimately, I integrated much of what I learned into a program that helped me to overcome the profound limitations and habits blocking my potential and purpose.

The economic crash of 2008 led me back into traditional employment, which led to a medical burnout with the realization that I wasn’t aligned at all with my deeper purpose.

Today my life and career have been transformed, and my focus is on helping leaders and entrepreneurs rediscover their purpose and activate their potential to build a life with deep meaning and balance. I also help them create sustainable practices to avoid burnout. I do the same work within organizations. At the same time, I continue to work on my potential, learning avidly and challenging myself with new growth and perspectives.

When I’m not writing or working with clients, you’ll find me on the tennis court, trying to improve my singles game and getting ready for summer tournaments.
